Hi, I'm Steph Currie.

Fitness instructor turned creator, splitting my time between Florida and New York.

I've been moving my whole life. I taught at SoulCycle in New York, launched a cycling class in Mexico City and led group trips around the world with Surf Yoga Beer. Now I'm sharing the new mama chapter with the same fun energy.

My story so far

  1. Toronto

    Where it started

    Born and raised in Toronto, and into health and fitness for as long as I can remember.

  2. SoulCycle, New York City

    I joined SoulCycle and finished instructor training right as the pandemic hit, so my first classes were virtual, live home workouts.

  3. A Spiritual Gangster Muse

    The activewear brand featured me as one of its Muses, alongside a fellow SoulCycle instructor.

  4. Surf Yoga Beer

    I started leading group trips for solo travelers, from Croatia to Kenya to Nicaragua, and now help run the company as COO.

  5. Mexico City

    I moved to CDMX knowing no one and launched BICI, a new indoor cycling class at Commando, as head coach. Twelve classes a week and a whole new community.

  6. Bigger campaigns

    Nike Swim, Alo, Vuori and UNI, plus hosting an Alo event in New York.

  7. New mama

    Pregnancy, postpartum and getting strong again, shared honestly, week by week.
